The new schedule is as follows:
1. Last date for submission of information on the website to generate the bank challan:
Feb. 23, 2016
2. Last date for deposit of fee in any branch of State Bank of India using
website generated challan:
Feb.29, 2016 upto 4.00 p.m.
3. Last date for submission of fee details (journal no.; branch code and date
of deposit given by Bank) and uploading of Photograph, signature
with rest of the information on the website:
March 02, 2016
4. No correction will be entertained/made regarding photograph, signature
and any other information after.
March 04, 2016 upto 5.00 p.m.
5. Final date for submission of printout copy of the online form to be submitted to
Assistant Registrar, UIAMS, P.U. South Campus, Sec.-25, Chd.
March 09, 2016, upto 4.00 p.m.

Date by which Roll no. will be available online
Roll no. slip and Centre of Exam. will be generated online.
Roll no. slip is required to be downloaded from the website by the candidate
using their own Login and Password (provided while generating Bank Challan)
