University Institute of Applied Management Sciences conducted successfully Management Entrance Test (MET) today i.e. on 12th March 2016 (Saurday) for admission to MBA (sectoral) programmes i.e. Retail Management, Banking & Insurance Management, IT & Telecom. Management, Infrastructural Management, Pharmaceutical Management and Hospital Management for the session 2016-17.
There were three examination centres, for MET test, UIET Block-I, UIET Block-II and UIAMS, Panjab University, Sector-25, Chandigarh. Inspite of heavy rain fall on this day, many candidates were appeared in the test and reached on time in the test centres.
The result of MET will be displayed on UIAMS website www.uiams.puchd.ac.in in April 2016. After this, Group Discussion and Personal Interview, of 7.5 and 7.5 marks respectively, will be conducted in the month of May 2016. The call letter will be dispatched for GD/PI to the candidates.
